When do I need to arrive?
We ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first appointment. On your first appointment, this will allow you to complete some essential forms relating to your consultation with the therapist, allowing them to select the best treatment options for you.
Are your products and treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
We have a variety of skin care products and our therapists will be sure to choose the products and treatments that will give your skin the best results.
Pre payment and cancellation policy?
A pre payment of 50% is required on bookings scheduled for longer than 1 hour. We understand you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, but we do require a 24 hours notice. A forfeiture of 50% will apply if you fail to show, reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of the start of the appointment.
